Ingredients
• 12 dates (pitted)
• 1 cup oats
• ¼ cup all-natural peanut/almond butter
• 1/3 cup honey/maple syrup
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1/3 cup chocolate chips
• peanuts to top – optional
Method
• Blend all the ingredients except peanuts and oats in a food-processor (high power) until you get a smooth consistency
• Stir in the remaining ingredients
• Flatten the mixture onto a baking pan or tray.
• Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Cut after it sets or as and when needed.
